Integration depends on the APIs, permissions and data available in your systems. Start by identifying the tools involved, the records the agent needs and which actions require approval. Older systems may need additional integration work.
What happens when the AI cannot answer a question?
Define a fallback before launch: ask for clarification, route the request to a person or stop the action. Test incomplete records and uncertain answers alongside routine requests, and agree which decisions must always stay with your team.
